Eat what you want just in smaller portions. And lower your calories intake.

I think @Bianca Castafiore is right ! I would add some exercise .... unfortunately you need to try different types of ways til you find the one that works and that you can do forever ! Good luck 😄

The other possibility is you are not eating enough calories. Your body is fighting to hold on to whatever you are putting in . Going to a nutritionist she looked at my weekly food which is pretty much all very healthy around 1600 a day. She suggested 1800 to try let my body know I am not trying to starve it. I know it is counterintuitive but you might want to try it .

The other suggestion which a lot of experts are now saying is low fat also is slowing down our metabolism. They suggest eating more healthy fats which helps to stave off hunger.

im just counting calories. i know the weight im at. i know the healthy weight i want to be at. i know that my biggest issue is just eating too much. so if i stay within a reasonable calorie intake (and i googled what's reasonable) then the weight will come off. so even if i eat chips and drink pepsi all day (which im not recommending lol) when my daily calories are used up I'm done eating. it's made me realize how many calories i waste on junky foods.. when i feel like ive eaten practically nothing all day but the calorie count says im done, and i have to listen to my belly grumble for the rest of the night because it's wondering where the real food is. lol i wasnt so quick the next day to reach for the junk food, i can tell you that much. :) good luck

There is nothing wrong with fasting. It is not starvation and costs you nothing to do it. I do one meal a day and low carb high fat. For me this works. There is a lot of information out there about intermittent fasting and all the healthy benefits. There are also different ways to do it. I started out not eating after 8pm and didn't eat breakfast until 8 am and worked my way up to 23 hours per day with a 1 hour eating window. Some people just stick to 8pm until noon and have 2 meals a day. I would suggest you do some research on it and increasing healthy fats. But in the end, you need to do what is right for you. you can listen to Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Berg and 2 fit docs on YouTube there is also a good site called dietdoctor.com. Information is powerful. Good luck.

It takes commitment to follow whatever plan you choose.
