this erased earlier when I went back to look at blood pressure but I am confused. The high blood pressure that should be treated was systolic 150, I thought, but latest article seemed to say 160 systolic. last night, my blood pressure was 127/85. Of course, I take atenolol, amlopidine, and clonidine (starting two a day, one night and one morning). This morning, 137/85. But I had drunk a couple ounces of coffee. My daughter says it should be under 120 systolic but I am curious as to whether that is true for 77 years of age. Taking bone up and exercising more for bone thinning.

Blood sugar last night was 115.Getting hungry now but drinking coffee with soy milk, so I will measure it later. Need a new blood sugar kit. For some reason, I have only one right now.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
