After a long stint away from here, I am back. I Gained 12 pounds while away and have been eating every kind of junk I could think of. Now I am ready to get back to business and move along in my weight loss journey.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I fell off keto as well & ate EVERYTHING! Gained 7 lbs...and I FEEL it!! Time to get serious & start making better food choices & cut out the junk!!
