I survived the holidays with a slight loss. I checked off reasonably well instead of 100 percent because of hidden points. IN general, on the days I went over slightly on my WW plan, I made up for it on other days. I know the week's worth was perfect. What built up the points was my inability during the holidays to have a glass of Bailey's Irish Creme, in some concoction my sister makes, and at least one glass of egg nog on one day. I avoided sweets when out, but for New Year's at home had Tiramisu cake, a small piece, and had that for two nights after, and counted it in my daily total. I would LIKE to have lost weight, but for me, this is wonderful. My next challenge is a trip to Florida in early March. It means eating all meals out, and that is hard to calculate since these aren't chain restaurants. Happy New Year everyone.
