Aloha All; Thank you so much for your awesome support! Happy New Year. I wasn't sure I would make it through the holidays and stick to the diet/lifestyle. But I did relatively well. I had a glass of champagne to welcome the New Year, as is tradition in my family, right at midnight. I wasn't put off at all. I did want more but we just got a single bottle. Thank goodness. So here we are on the third and I am down 2 more lbs. I had tried the beef and butter fast for four day before the N.Y. and IT WORKED! However as soon as I ate I think it was 3 or 5 carbs it miraculously returned. So now I think I will just stick to what I have been doing, endure the slumps, stick with it and be patient. It seems slow but it is working. Hope everyone had a great holiday season and if you slipped,thats okay! Don't beet yourselves up about it, just get back on the horse. Be selfish it's your health and how you feel about you. Mahalo and Aloha
