I am finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. None of my clothes fit. This is not a negative! looking through my closet, it's all junk. I will not purchase anything nice until I am sure of the size I will end up at. I am just picking up yoga pants and tees. As these will fit thru several sizes and they look really cute on my new figure. I am so stoked! I still have about 29 lbs. to go but I am not worried about it as this way of eating and exercising has become the norm for me. I don't even think about it any more. Low carb is the way for me I feel so much healthier and energetic. I am starting a hot yoga class ( in a yoga studio) that I would never have dreamed of 45 lb. ago. Exciting! I guess the bottom line is I see success and fat is in the rearview mirror. If I can do it, you can too. Just find the coarse of action that works for you and don't get discouraged! It can be slow going and even plateauing for weeks sometimes but stick with it It is so worth having your life back. I am still overweight but I look good and feel awesome, getting better everyday.

Aloha All; I am still plugging along. Little by little I am inching (no pun intended) up to my goal. I still have at least 43 lbs. to go having left 37 lbs. in the rear view mirror. The beginning seamed a lot easier. Now that I am down to just loosing fat not excess water it is more difficult. To fight with a pound or a less for a week or more at a time, is to say the least frustrating! I really can't complain I have been moving toward my goal steadily, slowly, a sloths pace! but in a positive direction. It is so exciting to see my old tee shirts and even yoga pants just hanging on me, looking like someone else's cloths. I have not purchased anything new as I know I am going to loose another 40+. It doesn't make sense to buy new cloths for what will be such a short amount of time in retrospect. It does seem like for ever while I am going through the lose process but when you look back it is relatively short. I hope to reach my goal by mid summer. If I stay on track maybe sooner, However, I will look pretty okay in summer and beach cloths this year maybe not a bikini or even a swimsuit. But shorts and skimpy tee will work. I am now starting to dream about how much more confident I am becoming, I want to start dating again and hopefully meet Mr. wright or at least people to spend time with and have fun with. Lets see how it goes. I am feeling pretty good with the loosing weight process so far. Easier to stay on the horse if it feels good then if it is to challenging. I have found some amazing recipes to help stick to it and even the family like them thumbs up! Till next time stick with it and be successful.
