well now that the depression is more on an even level, the weight returns. I'll get back to where I need to be, just in a healthier way. 15 lbs or so lose was from hardly eating at all.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
