I start the part of phase 3 today where I can increase my calories and make sure to eat lots of protein.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1369 kcal Fat: 26.84g | Prot: 131.49g | Carb: 152.24g.   Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, 1% milk. Lunch: Cucumber (with Peel), chicken breast, Orange. Dinner: valley fresh steamers, Chicken breast, fat free ranch, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other: stonyfield greek yogurt honey, wallaby organic yogurt, apple. more...

Flanman I started phase three yesterday. It is so do-able. Stay away from the sugar and the starch. The cravings will not overwhelm you. Congratulations on your 40 pounds! OMG! that is amazing. I lost 31. Hang in there!
