I found out I have a raging kidney infection. Happy new year! 😂. Hopefully I will feel better and stay focused. I went in for a backache and abdominal pain came out popping positive for preggers on urine and blood but they are sure it’s a false positive because of infection. Better be! Tubal ligation and partial hysterectomy ! I will be suing someone if I am! 😂😂. This explains why my abdomen has been so swollen. I didn’t really gain that much weight if any during the holidays. Doctor says I’m retaining water weight from the infection so after-a couple days I should see a drop. Got rid of all holiday candy and crap in the trash. Made some toasted pumpkin seeds with sea salt. Breakfast was a pomegranate banana and some yogurt. Feeling better now that my body will be on the same track as my

211.5 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
