Portion control seems to be a struggle this week although I won this time. I’m trying to squeeze in gluten free pie today so I will have to be good in terms of amounts of everything that I’m eating.
108.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1652 kcal Fat: 62.88g | Prot: 37.43g | Carb: 215.85g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Applesauce Unsweetened, Against the Grain Gluten Free Rolls, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: Trader Joe's Quintessential Berry Crumb Pie, Coffee, Bob Evans Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Tortilla Corn Chips, Old El Paso Thick n' Chunky Salsa - Medium. Dinner: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Green String Beans, Milano's Italian Grille Spaghetti with Meatballs. Snacks/Other: Strawberries , Great Value Raisins, Tostitos All Natural Chunky Salsa (Mild), Tortilla Corn Chips, Glutino Gluten Free Crackers - Original, Hummus. more...
