Tired. Napped at lunch yesterday, after work for an hour or so, and then slept 7 hours last night. But still tired. I did finally get a bottle of water for my new water cooler. I think I'm finally properly hydrated again after my bout of food poisoning. Now if only I could feel rested...
201.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
