It was a hard weekend to stick to plan, with it being Mother's Day and all, but it was worth it. I was thinking that I may have been stuck at the 165s... One down, more to go!
164.2 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
