Started the Phase three of the HCG diet on Friday. Did good Saturday, not so good on Sunday due to Father's day. Had a little rice and 3 BBQ ribs. Went over on calories. Today (Monday) is last day to maintain 500 calories without the drops, then slowly increase calories going into the week.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
