Quitting counting calories now. Long term won’t work for me. I think I have a handle on portion size. Ensuring I get 30 minutes of exercise in a day. Lost about 40 pounds in six months which isn’t bad for a 50+ year old. I now need to push to get the last 10 off in prep for my vitality weigh-in.
