It never fails. I had a lot of carbs yesterday. Today was great ... sang at nursing home with mom... I danced & sweat & loved losing myself... eating steak in a minute. Yum!
153.1 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
