wow what a two weeks I've had I was on vacation in Vegas from December 2nd until December 7th, on December 10th I came down with a terrible cold that I just now I'm getting over. I guess what I'm trying to say reluctantly is that I've gained weight during those two weeks but now I feel better and it is time to put my nose back to the grindstone and get back on plan.
