Im really happy that I lost a little and Im excited to continue losing. I think today, I will try entering my activities more and what Im eating, which by the way I did really great yesterday with that. I hate that I ended up eating pizza but I had a weak moment. Im just glad I still controlled how much I ate. Well, I feel great already :)
162.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
