ok, I'm going to be starting Herbalife again today. my weight has dropped a little cuz I have been watching what I eat these last couple of days. I wanted to wait till I started my challenge but I don't want to wait, I want to lose now.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
