last I was bad, bad, bad, bad. Can't begin to explain what happened, but I ate a lot of stuff that doesn't go with a diet. Let's just say that I fofilled a few cravings and let it go at that. Back on track today is all I can and all I can do.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
