My goal for the holiday season is to not gain any weight. So far so good but the onslaught of Christmas cookies is looming. LOL. I have to remember they freeze well in packages of two cookies for portion control.

141.2 lb Lost so far: 59.8 lb. Still to go: 6.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
