Having a guest while I'm on a diet is a bit difficult. Not because I am tempted to eat the chocolate cookies and pizza he and my daughter nosh, but because I am doing so well! I don't want to make too much over food. Its so nice to eat for health more than pleasure. I really enjoy losing. I dropped another 4 lbs but again, it was probably already fat lost but replaced with water. Seems to be how it works.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
