Started eating 50% fruits and veggies. 30% protien and 20% carbs. Added Flax seed oil, vinegar and evening primrose capsules. Drinking seltzer and as per the past 50plus yrs, no salt and skim milk.
223.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
