Weigh less now than the day I started high school. Now if I can get down to my college weight!
209.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is awesome! I weighed 150 in high school and then after college ate my depression away and got up to 412. Just to be half of what I was would be amazing. You are doing great. Keep up the good work. I'm so happy for you.
