The doctor said I had lost 10 pounds but my bad cholesterol is UP, I have to exercise just a bit more and lose at least 20 pounds. 10 pounds is a good start!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
