Good day! Had a great 5 mile bike ride, 2 mile run, and 3 great TKD classes. Ate well all day, then got home and had a brownie to through the whole count off for the day. Shoot! I will do better today.
262.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you did all that exercise, one brownie wont derail you. It's the 5 or 6 brownies that add on weight. Great job!
