Tried every thing possible now I gave up HOPE
164.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Losing weight is hard. Being overweight is hard. You just have to choose your hard. It's such a mental game. You have to be ready to lose. You have a lot of days of eating poorly. You need to find your motivation. WHY do you want to lose that weight. You also don't have much to lose. So it may take longer and be a little more difficult to get off. Get some fitness magazines and read them. Get a cork board and hang it up. Turn it in to an inspiration board. Put pictures on it, recipes, quotes, reasons why you want to lose. Put the scale in front of the fridge. Take a new exercise class. Look for bootcamps in your area. (If you are able). They can kick your butt in to shape and exercise is your best friend when you don't have much to lose. Get that diet on track. You should be able to eat 1200 a day and still lose. Play around with calories. Try new recipes. Get yourself excited about the new you. You gotta change your habits for good to keep it off. Now stop feeling sorry for yourself and get moving. Consistency is key!!!! No more "poor eating days"...lol! You can do this.....
