have had a hectic week at work and didn't drink my water as well as eating past my aimed 1000 calories per day. Back to the grind stone, i need my goal.

bumps in the road.... to be expected and fluctuating is normal. the long term trend is what's important. took me a year of logging to lose 7kg. 1000 is low! I battle to keep under 1700

my initial calorie intake was 1700 but i found i was loosing nothing so gradually took it down to 1000, but i go to 1200 some days....just trying to keep it healthy and exercise daily.....

maybe something to consider...I lose more eating 1200 a day. I also reduced to 1000 but I found I lost more at about 400 a meal.

Thanks Macpan. I reduced it from 1700 per day to 1500. Had to cut out my wine and cider to achieve this new target. And lost 1kg this week!
