This morning I weighed in at 90.4kg (after breakfast).
I am still concerned about how I have been eating under half of what my daily intake should be along with my high exercising routine.
I'm too scared to eat other things to up my calories - even they are healthy.
Because it seems everything can be healthy, but bad for you at the same time.
I DONT KNOW WHICH ANSWER IS RIGHT OR WRONG. So I will have to learn the hard way and experiment, which I dont have time for.

On a plus side Im at 90.4kg now. WOULD LOVE IF I COULD JUST drop to the 80's already! I haven't seen them in sooo LONG!
