Seemed to have hit a plateau. More effort needed. Seen the doctor recently, they're happy with the weight loss but my bloods havent changed much. I have lost 5 inches from my waist thou.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
