Pleased with progress. One month in and 8kg lost, ahead of target to lose 2 stone by xmas.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1462 kcal Fat: 104.92g | Prot: 76.70g | Carb: 60.15g.   Breakfast: Soft Boiled Egg. Lunch: Radish, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Prosciutto, Holland & Barrett Pumpkin Seeds, Tesco Pumpkin Seeds, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Cottage Cheese. Dinner: Asda Cauliflower, Blue Dragon Creamed Coconut, Sainsbury's Red Onions, Red Sweet Pepper, Butternut Winter Squash, Turkey Breast Meat. more...
