This sucks! I either put weight on or keep having my sugar bottoming out.
I just have what it takes to increase my exercises.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

please don't get discouraged by what the scale reads, keep on moving, mathematically track how much calories you are taking out with exercise cause it's easy to get fooled by it and end up eating more ..There is a show called "secret eaters" it's really informative and there are whole chapters in yt. Anyway I wish you all the best and keep the motivation upwards girl!!! this coming week is ours 🙂🙂
