Not going to well on the food side of things, just eating less. Stomach is saying no to the junk. Need to work on my lunch boxes for work. Crazy weekend of work and then starting this week with some more water aerobics in the morning and gym in the afternoon
190.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
