Didn't have time to record weigh in this morning, but I passed the 50# mark today. Gave myself a ginger beer as a quick buzz after first day on the rehab unit, which was pretty busy morning and afternoon, but apparently gets pretty slow late afternoons, so I got to come home early.
248.9 lb Lost so far: 51.1 lb.    Still to go: 83.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
