I've been having a panic attack since thanksgiving fearing the worst for my weight. I binge ate for 4 straight days and avoided the scale at all cost. LOOK WHO STILL LOST WEIGHT.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
