Man that was annoying only losing 1 lbs.

At home the scale said 175... grrrrr
179.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It may not be as much as you wanted, but a pound at a time will still get you to goal. I have been losing 2 pounds a month, so I jump for joy every time a I see the scale go down a pound. Great job!
