From my scale. Hubbys smart scale thing says 125. Sweet! Made a deal with myself and since I made goal on time, actually a day early, I get whatever I want to eat tomorrow! With a shrunken stomach it’s not like I’ll be able to eat 3,000 or anything but I’ll aim for 2000 ish because those days gain come off quickly. 2500 if we stop for snacks or donuts! You have no idea how happy I am and how much dancing around the house I’m doing haha. 💃
125.8 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! Chris, lets just say I danced so much that I realized I had less jiggling than when I was dancing around when I got to 130 hehe. Oddly enough his scale showed that I increased muscle mass a slight amount as well. Of course I believe this is from water more than muscle gain. Yet I still think I’m dehydrated as I’ve been lucky to get in 50 oz of water a day along with my coffee and one soda splurge (0 cal). Whatever it is I’ll take it all! And no guilt tomorrow unless I forget to log. I doubt I have anything other than turkey, green bean casserole, potatoes and gravy anyway and maybe a roll. Just means I can have seconds and maybe a small piece of pie with no crust. Dislike crust which is why I rarely make pies 😉.

Lol true. It’s still propel water but it’s better than no water ;). It’s not much more for propel than it is coke. I just opened my second twelve pack of pop since Halloween. Kids have been drinking it and hubby too! So I’ve had like 4-5 a week at most ;). 2 twelve packs in pantry, but more propel. 3 6 packs and 2 twelve packs plus a case of regular water. I plan to pack some for tomorrow too! It’s usually sweet tea or soda at lunch and dinner is water, soda or alcohol.
