Feeling good again. Tomorrow I won’t stress about food. I’m making low-calorie dishes as well as traditional. I will be tracking no matter what!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
