Day 21✅ 20 push ups
Bust - 102.5cm
Waist - 85cm
Belly button- 103cm
Hips - 110cm
Thighs R- 62cm L- 62cm
Calf R- 41cm L- 43cm
Biceps R- 37cm L- 35.5cm

As my weight has kind of stunted, I have decided to do measurements in the likely event that I’m growing muscle and still losing weight.
From my last measurements on 16/11 I have lost an avg. of 1.5cm/.5 inch everywhere except calf and biceps.
190.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
