I walked 4.5 miles along the beach yesterday, Monday, June 14.
For about 1/4 of the way I walked in the water, therefore, working out my muscles with the water resistance.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
