I walked 4.5 miles along the beach yesterday, Monday, June 14.
For about 1/4 of the way I walked in the water, therefore, working out my muscles with the water resistance.

Breakfast
2 cups of coffee with creamer 90 cal per cup
Lunch
2 oz Flounder 52 cals
1 cup Brussel Sprouts 100 cals
1 cup Garden Mix veggies 100 cals
4 Asparagus 70 cals
16 oz of H2O
Snack
1 cup Toasted Coconut Ice Cream 220 cals
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries 70 cals
Dinner
1 Slice Cheese Pizza 200 cals
2 Bread Sticks 200 cals each
16 oz of H2O
