It's true we are low on food and just about out of monies but even with that I feel as if I've stayed true to myself eating and exercising and walking. Not sure why I put on weight. I'm not happy at all. I'm not giving up!! But back sliding is just what I've done and I don't want to derail. ~ Nola 6/15/10
