Slipped a little this week but didn't gain any weight back!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I guess a little slipping isn't too bad when you are exercising like you do. Great job with the challenge! I enjoyed having you as a teammate.

No loss, but better yet, no gain! Keep up the great work, drink up the water and you'll flush off some of the status quo and be down before you know it! ;)
