And we’re back. I gained 3.4 lbs last week and lost that weight before my next weigh in. Good on you! Now if you could just avoid what you did to gain you might actually get down in the 120’s. Side note: hahahaha! That’s not happening before Thanksgiving.
130.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
