I am exercising EVERY day... and I am not losing. I am not eating PERFECTLY... however I am doing pretty good. I guess I will be stuck until I make a drastic change in my diet :(

Exercise is important, but losing weight is mostly about diet. So focus on getting your eating the way you need to help you lose. You might need to play around with calories. Focusing on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies will help. Protein and high fiber help us lose fat and weight better than any other food groups. Watch out for too many processed foods. They contain tons of sodium. Stay hydrated to flush out sodium. Keep changing things up till you find what works.
