Weight isn't really accurate since my hair was still kind of wet this morning. Also had water after I exercised this morning for 30 minutes. Meant to get up at 6 am, but didn't hear alarm until almost 6:30. It was already humid! So my 1st day of C25K was mostly walk and not run. Planning on getting up earlier Wednesday and seeing if that helps. Apparently the neighborhood doesn't wake up until 7:00, so I only saw a handful of cars and one cyclist (commuter - not Tour de Farce).

Need to get a second scale and figure out how to make sure they are calibrated the same. I'm tired of carrying my scale back and forth from my house to the bf's. You think by know they could make a flat, fold-up scale.

So this afternoon the A/C at work in struggling to keep it under 80 in here and its the start of TOM. I'm hot, tired, sore, moody, hungry, crampy, and headache-y. This totally explains my grotesque need for salt the last couple of days.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
