I guess this is one of those weeks that even though you did your best, and didn't cheat, and stayed on track for some reason your body revolts against you and you gain a little weight. I will not get discouraged and I will prevail in the end
256.9 lb Lost so far: 36.3 lb.    Still to go: 76.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
