I am so stuck at this weight. It's doing my head in. I am happy I'm not gaining but I just want to shake 15 more kgs.
195.6 lb Lost so far: 61.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've done so well, but I can see why you're frustrated. Time to change things up, maybe cut some carbs, drink more water, increase intensity of exercise OR add intervals, try some intermittent fasting. There are heaps of things you can do to break through this plateau. 👍😄

Thank you both. I definitely need to up my water and I think some more protein might help as well. Will try a few things and see how I go. :)

If I may suggest brown rice instead of pasta. If you eat bread suggest low GI
