Welll certainly not what I wanted to see this cold Saturday morning. I guess I knew it was coming... had been working 10 - 12 hour shifts and neglecting my eating and exercise all together. The. End result? Well add in another 2.2 pounds from last week and boom, you have 285.4. I write this paragraph more to myself, than the community as. A way to not only show the real life struggles of a 60 year old woman who has been over weight since I was 8 years old, to a fully morbidly obese woman 9 years ago about to have an all out heart failure or stroke from long sedentary hours of a call center manager who ate everything in sight with reckless regard To this person now , well three weeks ago, 72 pounds lighter and happier with myself than ever. Now to a person in battle with not falling back into those old habits....on I must trudge back to the front line and overcome the beast in my head & soul.
