Depressed--continuous partying this month and I haven't done well--plenty of exercise and fun--but alas--too much food. We've got a slew of events thru the month and then December. I'm coming here more often to get renewed.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

The holiday season is when most people gain some weight. Unfortunately we involve food with a lot of our socializing. I wouldn't be depressed, just keep an eye on things and try to minimize the gain if it bugs you. You can always join the rest of the world with New Year's fervor for health - after the holidays have been enjoyed.
