Kept to below 1500 calories a day. Struggled a little to keep carbs low and maintain fibre but managed 10% for the week. Drank gin and soda at work Halloween party instead of the usual beer.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
